At Volume, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all eligible items. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
